We are thrilled to announce that the submission window for our upcoming summit is now open. We invite you to submit your proposal before October 5. With the review process already in progress, we highly recommend early submissions. Please note that registration and hotel bookings will begin in mid-October.
Our summit will start with an Opening Reception on Thursday, February 27. This will set the stage for a keynote address by Dr. Wided Batat, the Founder of the Phygital Ecosystem and the Phygital Research Paradigm. She will enlighten us on the new era of phygital science and its potential for driving innovation and positive business transformation.
The following day, February 28, will be packed with engaging activities. The summit program includes a plenary keynote roundtable and “Author to Publish” Workshop sessions. These sessions provide a platform for both academics and non-academics to draft their ideas and research papers, which will be pitched to the scientific committee by the end of the day. Post-summit, these papers will be submitted to the partnering ‘A’ journal associated with the APA summit.
We also offer the “Phygital Impact” Workshop, tailored for executives and phygital professionals. This workshop provides an opportunity to strategize and design work that will be showcased at the end of the day. Selected works will gain the honor of being published in a business book and business magazine.
The summit will feature keynotes by our esteemed APA president and distinguished members of the APA board committee. We also offer productivity-driven workshops for academics, executives, business leaders, and companies.
We set the registration fees at an accessible level for academic participants and ensured fairness by offering the same price to industry participants, avoiding any overcharging. Our approach is different from other events, as we prioritize inclusivity and fairness for all attendees. Additionally, 10% of the fees will contribute to a scholarship fund, supporting low-income academics and businesses with their registration fees and attendance costs. ​Located in the prestigious 16th arrondissement of Paris, near the iconic Eiffel Tower, The APA Paris Summit promises an exclusive experience in luxury venues. Participants can expect a VIP welcome, where elegance and refinement set the tone for the 2-day summit event. The dress code is formal chic. We kindly ask gentlemen to honor our dress code by donning a tie. Our summit will culminate with a luxury gala dinner on Friday evening, set in an exclusive and historic venue. A Michelin-starred chef will prepare the dinner, followed by a DJ dance party to celebrate the rise of the phygitalers community. What is it?
The ‘Author to Publish’ Workshop promotes phygital science advancement, providing a platform for researchers to publish in APA Summit’s partner 'A' journals. Its structured format aids the research paper writing and publishing process, offering guidance at all stages and opportunities to write, refine, present, and publish papers.

How does it work?
Participants can choose between two tracks: chaired or regular. Chaired Tracks need a proposal document with the article title, selected topic, chair and co-chairs’ names and bios, a list of 8-10 participants, and a 500-word abstract. Regular Tracks, open to all (academics, industry, and non-academics), require a proposal document with the article title, selected topic, author’s bio, affiliation, email, and a 500-word abstract. Accepted candidates, guided by a senior academic advisor, will collaboratively design a research concept to be presented to the scientific committee by the end of the summit day.

What are the outcomes?​
Chaired and Regular Tracks can publish in high-ranking academic 'A' journals. Track members can also disseminate their ideas and research through American business book publishers, online blogs, and APA podcast and platforms. The best phygital research idea will be recognized at the gala dinner with the ‘APA Distinguished Phygital Research Award.’

Who can submit a proposal?
In the Chaired Track, only the senior academic track chair can submit a proposal for all participants. In the Regular Track, all individuals, regardless of academic status or seniority, are invited to apply.
